We get a new name & new partnership - YAY! I think the moving of Tiesto to the headliner spot on the website might signal Insomniac is now becoming more active in the promoting of the fest. As for the waiting, we are definitely currently experiencing the hardest part. They are just starting to finalize the lineup and working out the details of the fest, so things should start to pick up speed soon.

I hope that doesn't mean Madison House is taking a back seat in ALL aspects (I sure DO enjoy a Madison House event!!), but it's exciting to see what Insomniac will do with the forest (the stuff I'm seeing from Beyond Wonderland is CRAZY!!)

I don't think there's any doubt that this will be a MH event in many many ways. But with Beyond Wonderland over, and IMHO, the level of recognition for EFF very low among EDM fans, it seems a natural time for Insomniac to take a greater role in the marketing of the festival, if only to their own fanbase.
SCi fans and bluegrass/jamband fans are aware of EFF on some level, even if they think it's called rothbury. But EDM fans have no idea who SCi even is, or that Michigan is hosting Tiesto and a killer EDM lineup over 4th of July weekend. Insomniac's duties certainly include changing that.

Every time I go to the EFF facebook page people are always asking who SCI is. I really don't understand why people just don't YouTube bands/artists they don't know, that's what I did for a lot of the acts on the bill.
